Cancellation Policy for Amount Refund

1.Cancellation Period:
Customers may cancel their membership within 24 hrs/3 Months of the purchase or booking.

2. Refund Eligibility:
a. Full Refund:
If the cancellation is made within the specified cancellation period(24hrs) a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

b. Partial Refund:
If the cancellation occurs after the specified cancellation period(3 Months), a cancellation fee of [fee amount] or a percentage of the total amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:
  • Cancellations made after the specified cancellation period may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 24hrs/48hrs from the date of the cancellation request.

    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with the customer.

    6. Modifications or Changes:
    Chitscore reserves the right to modify or change this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or other appropriate channels.
