Please read these Terms and Conditions Carefully before using ChitScore, provided by ChitScore Inc.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing (or) using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access (or) use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
1.2 Account Registration
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
CHIT SCORE Membership is available to the following institutions:
- Credit Institutions: Chit Fund and Finance Companies

- List of documents to be executed and dispatched:
- The Membership application form is to be duly filled out by the Chit Fund/Finance Companies.
- The letter of application should be on Chit Fund/Finance Company’s letterhead, with all pages to be signed and stamped by the member.
- Pricing part:
- To be signed and stamped by the member, followed by additional documents with respect to the “Eligibility Criteria for Entities to be Categorised as Specified Users” as defined by CHIT SCORE Payment of the annual fee and membership fee letter must also be signed by the respective member of the Chit/Finance Company.
- Copy of the letter of authority issued to the Chit Fund/Finance Companies on letterhead:
- must have a letter of authority confirming the person's photo/ID proof and the authority of the signatories to the documents executed by the respective members.
- Certified true copy of the license issued for Your Company:
- To be signed and stamped by the member
1.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the service: - Violating any applicable laws or regulations. - Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the service (or) its related systems. - Interfering with or disrupting the Service (or) its associated networks. - Engaging in any activity that may harm, damage, or impair the Service or its users.
2. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by ChitScore. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your interactions with these third parties are solely between you and them.
